New Building Regulations

Certain building work, newly installed, replacements and repairs, must now be notified to local authority building control, including gas, heating, plumbing and electrical work. As part of the Competent Persons Scheme, we are uniquely qualified to do this for you. This could save you between £100 - £250 per notification of each job!
